OBSIDIAN GALLERY PRESENTS WORK BY CERAMICS ARTISTS

MAY 10 – AUGUST 9

Works by Thomas Kerrigan and Cynthia Rae Levine will be featured.

Thomas Kerrigan’s career has spanned close to 40 years and his work has been exhibited all over the world. His sculptures and vessels can be found in both national and international collections. Much of his current work is a reflection of  the essence of the desert. Some of his sculptural forms are quiet and meditative, while others are bold and direct.

Cynthia Rae Levine’s work is also inspired by constructions found in the natural world. Her vessels are reminiscent of seedpods, shells and canyons. She uses clay to create two opposing forces in one form, such as ease or tension, expansion or confinement.

Gallery hours: Monday through Saturday - 10 am  to 6:00 pm
